Show appreciation to your dedicated(medical| Clinic|office} Staff With a Medical Lapel Pin
One of my frineds and I work together and we, have a great time working with the patients. our empluer is so much fun, and she knows how much it means to us to make everything come together each day. Last month she took us out to lunch and gave us each a Medical lapel pin, and thanked us for our hard work and dedication that we show each day. It was very thoughtful of her to do that for us, and now we wear our pins on our name badges. I am so lucky to work with such a wonderful group of people!
As the supervisor of nurses at a Doctors office, I always used to have a hard time getting people show up to our weekly staff meetings. I didn’t want to have to resort to making the meetings mandatory, and I decided to come up with an incentive for people to attend. I bought some pins from a Medical lapel pin company, and I gave one to each staff member who attended the meeting. At the next meeting, even more people attended, and now it has become a contest to see who can accumulate the most pins. Now everyone attends our meetings!
